Juvenile Death In Menifee Remains Under Investigation

MENIFEE, CA — The death of a juvenile who was found in Menifee last week remains under investigation. At approximately 10:54 a.m. Thursday, the Menifee Police Department was summoned to the 30500 block of Pine Creek Drive. The location is a residential neighborhood west of Interstate 215. "The caller contacted dispatch to request aid when the minor was found unresponsive. Officers and medical personnel responded, and the minor was pronounced deceased at the location," Menifee police said. The cause of death remains under investigation and there is no threat to the community, police said. Menifee Police Chief Patrick Walsh asked the community to "please keep the family in your thoughts and prayers."
