Crew Foreman Full time position with a basement waterproofing construction company.
Starts and finishes in North Laurel, MD.
Must have Valid driving license and reliable transportation.
Reports to Operations Manager, purpose support Operations Manager
Duties: Manage crews on job sites throughout DC, MD, VA & Southern DE. Jackhammer in concrete, heavy lifting. Concrete finishing by trowel skills a plus. Capable of completing job site paperwork. Ensuring crew on site safety. Maintain organized clean trucks and job site. Communicate with customers by phone and on site. Collect final payments & 5 star reviews.
Needs good communication and organizational skills. Must pay close attention to detail. Best fit for Team player.
Hours: M - F 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (On-call 1 week per Month for Service calls including weekend).

Salary 45-55K, potential earnings w/Comm 60-75K.
