Press release from the Charlotte Area Chamber of Commerce: 7/12/2021 The North Carolina Department of Transportation's Office of Civil Rights is seeking firms that specialize in construction and maintenance work Calling all Minority and Women-owned businesses!! Have you considered working on state and/or federally funded highway construction projects? The North Carolina Department of Transportation's Office of Civil Rights is here to help you pursue that option.
