UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — Police are looking for three men accused of robbing an Upper East Side convenience store at gunpoint on Sunday — an act captured on surveillance footage. Around 10:28 p.m. Sunday, the trio walked into Green Olive Convenient Shop, on First Avenue near East 66th Street. As they approached the 28-year-old store worker, one of them took out a gun and pointed it, while the other two grabbed cash and a carton of cigarettes, police said. The three men left the store and fled north along First Avenue in a white Honda Accord, police said. Reports of crime on the Upper East Side have mostly declined this year compared to 2020, according to NYPD statistics.
