The current address listed on the Tuscaloosa location's recently-launched Instagram account is 401 23rd Avenue in downtown Tuscaloosa — the former location of 4th & 23rd, which closed its doors for good in 2016. Contractors could been seen Tuesday morning working on interior renovations at the former bar, which faces out to a busy corner for foot traffic in Temerson Square.
According to notices posted at the location, the property owner is listed as local businessman Charles Spurlin, who also owns and operates The Shirt Shop.
