Our state-of-the-art Logistics Center located in Auburn, MA with over 140,000 square feet of space is responsible for the distribution of our high tech medical device equipment across North America. We are actively recruiting to add Logistic Center Associates to our warehouse staff for part-time employment with the following requirements and shift times available: Hourly Rate: $17-$18/per hour Location:  Auburn, MA Part-time shifts available: Shift B: 11:30 am to 8:00 pm Mon - Friday  *includes a 5% pay differential Link to apply:  https://phf.tbe.taleo.net/phf01/ats/careers/v2/viewRequisition?org=KARLSTORZENDO&cws=41&rid=11632 POSITION SUMMARY:Logistics Center Associates are expected to support and contribute to the KARL STORZ Endoscopy -America (KSEA) continuous improvement (LEAN) culture. Logistics Center Associates are generally responsible for material handling and processing within the Logistics Center utilizing fundamental SAP transactions. You will be required to adhere to established safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement standards. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: HS Diploma or GED requiredSAP experience preferred but not required as we will train you on the SAP logistic systemsAbility to follow directionBasic computer knowledgeTeam orientedEffective communication skillsPosition requires constant and varying degrees of movement including standing, sitting, bending, walking, reaching, grabbing, and packing, lifting, pulling, and pushingMust be able to frequently lift up to 25lbsMust be able to occasionally lift between 30-75lbs as needed with assistanceMust be able to occasionally push/pull up to 320lbs on casters with assistanceMust be able to occasionally use a warehouse ladder for reaching shelvesMust be able to operate a manual pallet jackAbility to use standard office equipment (computers, copiers, etc.) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Process inventory material into storage locations.Process customer orders with an RF Scanner.Process replenishment from back stock.Perform other task as requested by the Warehouse Supervisor.Be able to fill in at any other position within the Warehouse.
