We are looking for fun, energetic, and dependable people to join our concession family! We are a small independent concession company working primarily in the Midwest with opportunities to travel south in the winter months. Our ideal candidate must be outgoing, friendly, interested in the restaurant, catering, or mobile concession industry and like to travel. We are in need of several individuals for the 2021 season and would welcome couples with a proven track record of working together. This is also the perfect position for college students during summer break. We are looking for team members to assist in daily operations of a mobile food concession stand. Duties primarily include customer service, food preparation, cooking, setting up and tearing down of mobile concession stands. This is a great opportunity to get to travel throughout Ohio, some neighboring states and in the winter, months travel south to Florida. Our business primarily focuses on fairs during the summer months with other events such as seafood festivals, air shows, bike weeks, car shows and equestrian events during the Fall, Winter and Spring.
