Need a helper to work on a crew of 3. Jobs are outside, all day, its hot, tools are hot, and there's some heavy lifting that's shared. Let me know what experience you have in your first email. Examples: have you used hand tools, air nailers, saws or used a 8ft ladder? Are you comfortable getting up on a roof? Most roofs aren't steep and roofing is only 10% of what we do. We work hard and we feel good. Please no hot heads.
