RESPONSIBILITIES Work side by side with other Mitigation Technicians and Mitigation Managers to remove water and mold. Demolition of drywall, insulation, framing, cabinetry, flooring and other building materials that are damaged during a flood, fire or storm. Professionally mitigate and prevent mold. Clean all areas where damage occurred and prepare for the placing of dry-out and moisture removal equipment. Place equipment necessary for drying structure. Learn and understand company job tracking software. Use and opperate specialty equipment for example, Thermal Camera or Hydrometers. Track moisture readings. Keep detailed paper work and job logs. Hiring immediately! RESPONSIBILITIES/QUALIFICATIONS: Must have current Drivers License Learn and operate company’s software system on both mobile devices and computers Effectively use and operate power tools Professionally remove and disposed damaged building components Operate and Understand moisture testing instruments Learn and consistently utilize proper techniques Measure and calculate proper measurements Desire to set and obtain personal and team goals Communicate effectively with team Maintain organization in a fast paced, changing environment Provide highest levels of customer satisfaction Effectively and successfully do Low Level Mathematics and Calculations Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Pass a background check and drug screen Clean driving record SKILLS Read, analyze, and interpret common paperwork, directions and schedules among others Respond to common inquiries or concerns from customers, regulatory agencies, and/or other members of the team Effectively present information as needed Bilingual (Spanish and English) - Not Required, but Preferred
