Aggregate Mining Company is urgently hiring applicants for the position of a Laborer/Crusher Operator/Wash Plant positions at our Northwest/Peoria and San Tan Valley locations. We are locally owned and have been in business of over 20 years. We are growing and expanding our staff and looking for individuals to join our team who is looking for long term employment. Job duties include but are not limited to the following: Various physical labor work duties Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Ability to communicate orally and in writing. Meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency. Use of common sense. Able to follow instruction. Long hours and weekends may be required. Work Environment/Physical Demands: Must be able to meet all MSHA safety requirements and adhere to company safety policies. Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time; grip, climb, reach, shovel, squat, crawl, or pull, push, as well as, bend and lift-up to 80 pounds.
