Need help setting up consew sewing machine

I have a new consew cp206 and dont know how to set it up. Had it for many years and never attempted to try using it. Im a poor person on ssi or i would hire someone but thats not an option. Maybe a trade for automotive service ot the like. If you know how to thread and use this machine id really appreciate your sharing of knowledge. Im sure i can help you with something frustrating in your life as well. Lets get a knowledge trade going. Im a retired 61 yr old guy doing projects at home to stay partially sane.
