Insight on some guns

Hi! I’m looking for some insight into some choices for guns, ammo, and where people’s favorite places are to get both. I’m interested in long range competitions and hunting but with the focus more on competitions. I want to shoot some 6.5x47 lupas but i know they’re impossible to get, so I’ll settle for the 6.5 creedmoor or the good ol’ win 308. The guns I’m debating are the ruger RPR, the Christiansen MPR, or the Tikka t3x. I do plan on reloading myself well after the initial investment since I only have $3K to spend at the moment. Does anyone have a favorite place to shop? I’m also kind of curious to try some of my choices to see what I like so I know where to start, if anyone knows a place to rent or borrow some well cared for guns? I do have experience in competitions, bench and field so I do know what I’m getting into but I’ve only shot 100 and 250 yards so I also know I have a lot to learn still. Thanks!
