- Routine maintenance functions; electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting - Completing service requests - Refurbishing vacancies (turnovers) - Grounds maintenance - Maintain a good attitude towards job performance, personnel and residents - On-Call rotation required, we pay mileage! - Physically able to lift (50 lbs), bend climb and reach - Valid State Driver’s License and access to a vehicle $16-$18/hour + Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off, 401(k) & Matching, and Complimentary 25,000 Term Life Insurance, Mileage Reimbursement We have 3 positions to fill at various locations in Pittsburgh.
