Executive Personal Assistant Musician and Family West LA High profile but super lovely family/ entertainment couple in the music space seek a true Executive/Personal Assistant. We seek someone who enjoys the California lifestyle of living yet also REALLY knows how to remain professional at all times. We seek someone who is polished, “of service” and enjoys being the right hand person of a creative individual. Salary: 60K – 100K with some benefits Monday through Friday with some travel and nights/weekends based on performances and needs The role in essence is a “day to day” of the clients daily life. MUST be bale to change pace and pivot as the client’s needs change often. Scheduling day-to-day activities and managing calendars Accompanying artist at recording sessions On call 24/7 (yes, nights and weekends too) Tactful gatekeeper and diplomat Must be discreet and confidential Liaison: agents, road managers, publicity reps, lawyers, stylists, etc. Knowledge of movie studio lots a big plus Experience with red carpet events and award shows a very big plus Must have a valid passport and ability to travel on a moment’s notice Absolute discretion is a must because the PA will be working side by side with the recording artist and their celebrity friends. You will be asked to sign an NDA.
