On-Site Project Manager Busy Constriction Company is looking to immediately hire for Construction Forman and Construction helpers to supervise large scale, home additions and garage conversions. Pay is based on experience Job Duties include but are not limited to: Able to perform all construction duties (framing, rotten wood repair, electrical, concrete finishing, drywall, paint, fascia repair, plumbing, etc). Bilingual in Spanish is a must. Minimum Requirements: -Must have construction foreman experience -Must be able to read blueprints -Must have reliable transportation and tools -Must have experience dealing with City Inspectors -Must be able to lead a team of up to 10 people on a project site -Must be able to lift up to 50LBS -Must have valid Driver License
