Construction - Heavy Equipment Operator/Foreman Must be able to perform many tasks that require physical labor on construction sites. Mainly assists the construction Supervisor to perform a wide range of complex tasks that range from easy to difficult and can be hazardous. Job Duties include: • Operate heavy equipment during excavation operations such as backhoe, track hoe and loader. • Operate small equipment, such as a skid steer loader. • Cut and thread steel pipe and assist in installation of underground and above ground fuel storage tanks and piping. • Maintain a safe and organized job site. • Comply with all safety requirements and ensure all safety devices are in place. • Keep track of all job inventory. • Ensure all tools are accounted for and kept clean and organized either on the truck or job site trailer. Requirements include: • MUST possess and maintain a valid driver's license. • High School Diploma or GED • Must have construction experience and be able to bend, lift, stoop, twist, kneel and carry heavy items. Must be able to stand and or walk the majority of the workday. • Able to safely operate industry specific too ls and equipment. • Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. • Ability to read blueprint. • Basic understanding of taking measurements. • Possess or obtain and maintain necessary certifications. • A&B License a plus. • Must be a team player with high standards of professionalism and prideful work ethics. • Willing to travel if needed.
