Dedicated sound engineer needed for traveling tribute band

The Prince Project Band - A Prince and The Revolution tribute band (based out of Northeast Ohio) is looking for a very talented sound engineer to work directly with and travel with the band. In our contracts the band is only responsible for providing our backline. We have one trailer but it would be important for our sound engineer to have one as well. In a previous situation that worked out really well, our sound engineer attended several practices to dial in vocal effects and practice sound. The sound engineer also acted as a kind of a road manager as well. Providing the band with detailed information on our events an sending advances to our venues is an important part of this as well. We are just getting back into rehearsal and will be on the road again in October so we're looking to get someone involved asap. The Covid break really hammered us but now that shows are opening up the schedule will fill up soon. You will be considered an "equal member of the band". You are paid equally, like the rest of us, from the contracted amount from shows. No one is paid for rehearsals. It's a great group of people and we play some amazing venues.
