Welder to make skeleton stands for Halloween

We do a large yard display in Granite Bay for Halloween. I just got my order in from a Halloween Trade show I attended; I want someone to (or if you have a better idea) to weld a stands for 12 of them maybe with rebar or something. I want the each one in different pose that I can attach the skeleton to such as running or hands up and more. It will need to withstand wind and such These are heavy biology/doctors seconds not the plastic cheep ones. I am looking for someone with referrals I can pay cash for each one Please tell me your experience location and what you think each one will cost and to be painted black Thank You
