Hello, I’m looking for anyone else that is struggling with the EDD in receiving their UI claims. If you have had your claim froze for no reason and could not get in touch with anyone inside the EDD, please share your experience with me and any advice you might have to get help with this issue. This will be the third time that EDD has simply not rendered payment on a claim for no cause and it is causing severe damage to my livelihood. I’m contemplating on the idea of law suit with the company of as many other victims of this gross negligence of the EDD. Any information or tips welcomed. Thank you!
