FLSA Status: Non-exempt Hours: Full-time SUMMARY Responsible for selecting orders and labeling them for distribution RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Select orders efficiently. • Build and palletize product for local deliveries. • Ensure product is labeled properly and temperature is at standard. • Ensure product is in good condition and meets specified date requirements. • Adhere to all shipping policies and procedures. • Properly record truck conditions and product temperatures. • Distribute product to proper locations. • Maintain work area • Maintain the safety, quality, and legality of food products. WORKSKILLS: Excellent communication skills, ability to follow directions and meet deadlines and be able to work under minimal supervision. EXPERIENCE: Previous forklift and RF scan experience a plus EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED preferred PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly exposed to a cold and refrigerated environment, 36 degrees Fahrenheit.
