Company: Clean Crew USA Job: Crew Leader Location: Fort Worth, TX Time: Immediate We are seeking the following: Motivated Honest Crew Leader Ability to motivate crew and meet budgeted timelines Keep crew morale high Detail Oriented High Integrity Level Our company performs cleaning and make ready for new home construction. (Not heavy construction cleaning). This includes all aspects of cleaning. Windows - Pulling plastic, cleaning frames, inside and out Vacuum and clean flooring Clean Interior and exterior of cabinets and drawers Detail cleaning of light fixtures, bathrooms, and kitchens We have been established for over 16 years in Tarrant County. There’s plenty of work when you team up with our network of subcontractors representing over 50 home builders. Crew Leaders will receive an hourly base pay towards projects, including pay while driving. The Crew Leader will also be eligible for a close-out bonus whenever quality expectations and budgeted guidelines are met. You will work with current Crew Leaders for a period of approximately 30 days, to understand what is expected by our Builders that we represent. Once you are ready, we will transition you to Lead and drive a take home Company provided Crew Truck. Requirements: Must reside within 15 miles of downtown Fort Worth, TX. Must have valid drivers license and be insurable Must complete a background check, and drug screening (We are open to discuss non-violent, non-aggravated background situations) Must have a smart phone with GPS & internet capabilities. Must be able to lift, maneuver and climb 2 and 3 story extension ladders Must be able to lift, operate, and maneuver gasoline powered pressure washer Pay range is 12-14 Dollars per Hour You will be a W9/1099 Subcontractor We do not withhold taxes, but we do report 1099 to IRS yearly.
