We are seeking a responsible and dedicated individual to manage our Butcher Shop in Catonsville, Md. Our company has been in business since the 1860's and has a proud tradition of serving some of the best meats in America. The ideal candidate would:
* Have a background in retail
* Have meat cutting experience
* Be 100% customer service focused
* Be able to market the meat case
* Have experience in creating employee schedules
* Have experience in ordering
* Understand various cuts of meat
The position is from Tuesday - Saturday with some flexibility in hours. The Butcher Shop Manager reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for all aspects of the store.
