This is a full-time position with market leader, Value Dry Waterproofing. The best candidate will be a team player with good communication and organization skills with both customers and the crew they will manage and will also be skilled in technical labor to contribute to the crew's work. They will report directly to the Operations Manager.
Duties:
Manage crews on job sites throughout DC, MD, VA & Southern DE
Jackhammer in concrete and some heavy lifting.
Concrete finishing by trowel skills a plus.
Ensuring crew's on-site safety.
Maintain organized clean trucks and job site.
Complete job site paperwork with excellence.
Communicate with customers by phone and on-site.
Collect final payments and 5 star reviews.
Pay close attention to detail.
Each day starts and finishes in North Laurel, MD.
Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Start time M -F 6 AM plus on-call one weekend per month for service calls. Company cell phone will be provided.
Salary ranges from 50-55K with experience and potential earnings with commission can be 60-75K.
Vacation includes 15 days plus six paid government holidays. Health Benefits are available after 90 days.
