Utilicomm Group is adding to our Utility Construction Crew! $16+ Per Hour. Willing to train the right individual! Performing general labor tasks associated with the construction of aerial & underground fiber optic cabling, 5G antenna systems, Microfiber installation, Electric Vehicle Charging Stations installation, Utility trenching, excavating and restoration. Duties & Responsibilities • Load, transport and unload materials to the job site • Ensure site is set up correctly and in compliance with safety regulations and guidelines • Assist Machine Operator with onsite instruction • Ensure the workspace is clear of debris • Maintain and use Personal Protective Equipment while on job site Skills & Qualifications • Previous experience in utility construction preferred • Knowledge of heavy machinery preferred • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced and quickly changing environment • Ability to work on call including evenings and weekends as needed • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions • Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. • Must pass a background check and drug screen • Valid driver's license required. CDL license a Plus • Strong work ethic a must • Ability to strive in a team environment • Any other assigned task(s) that are required to support the business and/or job site Education • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
