Lock Change and Property Maintenance Regular Basis

We need a local handyman for regular help with our properties. At this time we are looking for help with locks and pictures on about 11 properties in Gary. These properties may be locked. So, the first door needs to be unlocked and later add a door latch with a combination dial padlock (Material should be under $5 at Walmart). We need pictures of the door open and later the lock on it. Please, provide estimates including material when you contact us. Will will have this job available on a regular basis.
