Urban Kayaks is hiring Kayak Tour Guide Assistants / Water Staff for the remainder of our busy season (approx. until September 26, 2021 ). This is a part-time, seasonal position. If interested, submit an application on our website: Requirements: -Basic knowledge of the fundamentals of kayaking -Ability to lift and carry kayaks -Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays through September 26, 2021 -Availability to work evening shifts (3pm-11pm) Responsibilities: -Loading and unloading kayak rentals -Dock and launch area preparation and maintenance -Assisting as a kayak guide on our Historic Chicago Tours and leading introductory kayak lessons
