We are looking for experienced & outgoing Brand Ambassadors to educate Cannabis consumers on the benefits of PAX Devices. BA's will be hired through Inspira Marketing. Average of 1-3 shifts available per week, 3-4 hour shifts. Shifts are mostly Fridays - Sundays with some weekdays. This is a W2 position. Key Responsibilities: Activation in executing standards to help drive sales to include: ● Be the company educator representative for PAX territory market ● Thoroughly understand PAX products to inform customers ● Participate in activations as a spokesperson for PAX ● Be a key brand influencer for PAX in territory ● Responsible for compiling & completing activation recaps ● Responsible for photo captures in both B2B & B2C PAX engagements ● Network and build trusting relationships with PAX accounts ● Assist in organizing marketing activations ● Reporting to the PAX Field Marketing & Sales Representative ● Ensuring strong level of communication with PAX ● Track and report on competitors’ marketing activities Qualifications: ● Must be 21+ ● Experience in the Cannabis Industry is a PLUS! ● Experience in Retail Sales is a plus ● Experience as a Brand Ambassador a plus ● Professional appearance & hygiene required ● Outgoing, engaging personality with a desire to meet new people ● Excellent communication skills ● Must have reliable transportation ● Close proximity to Worcester County & willing to travel up to an hour.
