My name is Daphne. I live in east greenwich RI. I am looking for a private charter boat ride off the coast of block island to look for whales and DOLPHINS. I have swam with dolphins down south but really want to do it in my home state of RI. I have checked local charter companies but for the cost of a day charter I can go down south and swim there. So I am looking to save some time and money but I do have cash and would certainly sign a waiver. I am a great swimmer and avid kayaker. But still need a boat to get where I want to go.
