Was a stray that was adopted but returned to us after years due to the family having to move into an apartment and no bully breeds allowed.

We cannot keep him due to Deer Park only allowing 3 dogs in household.
Not neutered and previous owners did not do regular vet appointments unfortunately.
Need gone ASAP or Deer Park animal control will take him.
