The Lake Region Lakes Management District, in Winter Haven, is looking for a few good crew members! We build seawall and maintain the canal system in Winter Haven, as well and build and maintain boat ramps. We also have a small farm. We are really looking for a jack-of-all-trades!! We’ll be honest, it’s hard work. It’s outdoors. It can get hot and sticky, and on occasion cold and wet. But, you don’t need experience as we can train you, It’s Monday-Friday from 7am-4pm, no weekends. After 60 days, you (the employee) get some pretty good health insurance for free! You also earn 8 hours of paid time off per month (after 60 days) and earn vacation after a year. If you are still reading this, you just might be the person we are looking for.
