Lake Wales office looking for administration support.
Job Responsibilities: Answer phones, greet customer, interview, recruiting.
Qualifications:
• RECENT prior customer service/office administration experience
• Able to catch on and learn very quickly
• Strong phone skills with heavy incoming and outgoing calls
• Professionalism
• Organization
• MUST be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Hours:
9- 5:30pm, Monday and Friday
