Rehoming 10 month old Puppy

Due to unfortunate circumstances, I am having to rehome my dog. He is about 10 months ago and is fully vaccinated. I have his vaccination documentation. He's very playful & energetic. He's great with other dogs, he hasn't had a lot of exposure to cats but I'm confident he would do well as he's a very friendly dog. He knows basic commands like "sit" and "bed". As far as his breed, we were told he's a short haired Border Collie but vet suspects he may also be part Whippet. We will give you his bowls, toys, crate, etc. We are asking a $40 rehoming fee just to ensure he goes to a good home.
