Hiring for laborer - striping/pavement marking position. Prefer to hire some one who has somewhat relevant experience. Hours are long and not set. Don’t expect to be told to come in at 7 and be off at 5. We never know what time we will be done. A 16 hour day is not uncommon. We are open 24/7 ! Must be at work on time, zero tolerance. Must have a smart phone for our time tracking app. Must have your own reliable vehicle to get to our shop to ride in the crew trucks. Must have valid drivers license. In the winter we do snow removal and pay a higher hourly rate. You are welcome to work else where in the winter and come back in the spring for striping. We are a family owned business with A LOT of work. Prefer to hire someone who plans to stick around and help our company grow and learn the trade. This job is not for everyone. Many people can’t keep up with the schedule or handle being outside in the heat. Serious inquiries only. Pay depends on experience but is competitive
