Do you have experience with circular and table saws? Do you still have 100% of your fingers? Do you own a pair of work boots? Can you lift and carry 60 + lbs for most of the day? Can you watch a Youtube Tutorial and actually accomplish the task you set out to do with the information contained therein? If you answered yes to all of these questions, congratulations, you haven't been immediately eliminated from the running to join our team. We're a landscape and construction outfit looking to hire a motivated and at least semi-intelligent person who would enjoy working outdoors and building wonders with their own bare/gloved hands. Creativity and being an agreeable person are paramount qualities we're looking for, as you cannot unteach an a**hole, but you can teach the right person the skills needed to do the job. Absolutely, do not waste our time with your resume and cover letter if: -You're unvaccinated! - Don't have a sense of humor. - Disrespect any group of people or have a general lack of empathy. - Cannot stay off your god damned phone while we're in the middle of something. - Cannot budget your life according to once a month payroll. - Under the age of 18. - Have a terrible sense of spatial awareness.
