Construction cleanup takes a special person

I am looking for a special person, I know that it’s going to take some digging but I have faith! I need male or female a self starter someone who can follow specific details stay efficient if I’m not on the jobsite with them. I currently have 3 projects and I need a strong person I can depend on by my side. Strong by physically needing to be able to lift 50 lbs at any time to move materials around and organize them. Strong as in climb ladders stairs able to sweep mop and wipe with no problems. I fully understand the muscle it and can work with someone who puts in effort. Most of the jobs are live construction sites so proper clothing and shoes are required. Also strong mentally, to problem solve if needed. I’m flexible on schedules but I’m firm about a person’s commitment. I am paying cash to start then we can move forward and go from there. Jobs are not really on the bus line but near so having transportation helps.
