We are willing to pay $20,000 to a contractor licensed to remediate asbestos and mold for the following work: Downtown Tucson commercial building. Single story. Easy Access for a 40yd dumpster. DEMOLITION: Remove all Ceilings; Remove all Flooring not classified as hot; Remove all ductwork; Roof : Remove all HVAC Equipment, Remove Plywood down to joists- all joists remain. ABATEMENT: Abatement of Hazardous materials & mold remediation. Abate Flooring, Abate Roofing material, Abate Drywall and mold remediation- No studs, Abate caulking at Storefront. Price must also Include Demo Permit, NESHAP Permit, Tax. Assume responsibility for all hauling and disposal fees of all demolished materials to a legal landfill.
