the cursset is a mix of a black mouth cur and a Bassett hound. Both breeds are amazing pets for any family they are friendly and well behaved. So why not have the best of both the colors and broadness of a cur and the short and unconditional lovingness of a Bassett. I happen to have one handsome little man that is looking for a place to run and play with the kids or other animals. He has been around kids cats dogs and chickens. He is kennel broke and loves to be right beside you. He's a great example of the breed.
