Need Mechanic To Replace Exhaust Manifolds in Motorhome

Need a car/RV mechanic to change out both exhaust manifolds on a 1990 454 cu inch Southwind motorhome. 4-5 broken bolts so need someone exprienced in dealing with this situation. Not sure if broken above or below the plane of the block. Probably need a MIG welder, torch(es), and various specialty tools. I have the new replacement manifolds.
