A Local cannabis production facility in Clackamas County is looking to add a Construction/Farm Laborer to our team. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, honest, and hardworking team player. Immediate need for hire! At least 2 years of past construction experience required to be considered for this position. We believe in hard work, consistency, and product integrity. Having a love for the cannabis industry as well as a strong knowledge and adherence to compliance and company protocols is a must for this position. Required qualifications: *Must be 21 years or older to be considered *Authorized to work in the US *At least 1-year past construction experience *Able to lift 50 lbs unassisted, multiple times throughout the day *Must have reliable transportation *Must possess a valid Marijuana Worker Permit *Must be punctual *Must be willing to take and must pass a criminal background check prior to employment *Positive attitude *Organized and attention to details *Ability to perform repetitive tasks for a long period of time Experience with: *Greenhouse or Hoop house building *Ability to become a certified Fork Lift operator Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are generally Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some weekends or evening hours necessary in emergency situations. Classification: Non-exempt-Non Supervisory Compensation: Starting at $18 per hour - DOE with a 90-day probation period and a 6-month performance review.
