Newhouse Towing has been in business since 1937 and is now under new ownership. We take pride in our company and are looking for employees to do the same. Looking for full time and part time dispatchers. No experience necessary. We can train the right person. Weekly pay. We’re looking to add in a retirement plan and health insurance as the company grows. Dispatcher Job Description -Answering incoming phone calls quickly & professionally -Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies -Interacting politely & efficiently with Customers -Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively -Relaying job details to Technicians via dispatch software accurately -Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening -Managing jobs from start to finish to ensure successful job closure -Utilizing software integrated messaging and a multi-line phone system for communication with customers and technicians alike. -Following up with customers after jobs are completed. -Prioritize and organize calls. -Basic computer knowledge Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Preferably Mon-Friday 10am-6:30pm but can be flexible with start time, if you’re looking for a part-time position Pay: From $15.00 per hour Email résumé or text questions no phone calls please
