Tobi is born on Halloween of 2019. Her father was a full mini australian shepherd and her mother was a jack russell shih-tzu mix. She is really affectionate when she warms up to you but is shy around people and will bark. She definitely needs some training and I would not recommend her as a babys first dog. She is afraid of cats but for the most part just avoids them. My sister brought her to me to find a home for because she was mistreating her and finally let me help the dog. I don't have enough time to keep her myself but am looking for a caring home for her. Serious offers only rehoming fee of $20. If you are interested email or text me.
