Thank so much for being a part of the Jurassic Encounter. We will be in your area and need your assistance to work in making this a "dino-mite" experience and want to be able to schedule you to work this event. ABOUT THE EVENT: The Farm Show Complex in Harrisburg will come to life starting Friday, July 23 with more than 55 animatronic and other dinosaurs, as part of The Jurassic Encounter. This life-sized dinosaur drive-thru exhibit will create a first-of-its kind attraction in the area that is a blend of entertainment and education suited for all ages. In advance of the public opening, the Farm Show Complex parking lot will be transformed into a prehistoric setting with even an erupting volcano! WHEN: Event setup begins July 19. The Jurassic Encounter opens to the public on July 23 and runs through Sunday, August 8. TIMES: Opening Weekend Hours (July 23-25) Friday 1pm-8:30pm Saturday and Sunday 9am-8:30pm Regular Hours (July 28-August 8) Wednesday and Thursday 1pm-8:30pm Friday and Saturday 9am-8:30pm Sunday* 1pm-8:30pm *Dino Walk Thru offered August 1 and August 8 from 9am-12pm only WHERE: Farm Show Complex (back parking lot) 2300 N Cameron St, Harrisburg, PA 17110 CALL TIME: You will need to show to up to your shift no later than 30 minutes before it starts.
