Retired or Semi-Retired For Window & Awning Cleaning Specialist – Immediate Opening (Olathe, KS) Looking for a person wanting to work 2-3 mornings/week 4-5 hrs./morning). Applicant MUST have reliable transportation to Clearblu shop (Olathe) or job site. Working knowledge of English preferred. $20.00 per hour Employment type: part – time Clearblu is currently seeking an energetic self – starter to fill a current vacancy. Job duties include cleaning awnings, windows, gutters and exterior building surfaces for both residential and commercial customers in the greater Kansas City metro area. WE WILL TRAIN PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. -Medium/Heavy work – frequently lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 50-100 lbs. -Climbing – frequently ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding using feet, and legs or hands and arms. Body agility is important. Maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falls when walking, standing or crouching. -Stooping – frequently bending body, requiring full use of the lower extremities and back muscles. -Kneeling – frequently extending hands and arms in any direction. This position has the potential for increased hours based on ability to perform to established performance standards and staffing needs.
