An extremely busy, family owned/operated since 1981 collision repair facility. Kilkeary’s Auto Body is passionately committed to quality and excellence in everything we do. We are seeking an individual who shares our passion for quality and takes as much pride in themselves, and their job as we do! Position Overview: The custodian/janitorial professional maintains our facility’s appearance and cleanliness, as well as manages light maintenance works such as basic plumbing, electrical and general facility repairs. Responsibilities to include: • Clean & service the client waiting area including signs, posters, mirrors, vending areas and machines. • Clean, service and restock all employee office spaces as well as employee restrooms, break areas and common spaces. • Maintain outdoor spaces, including debris removal and leaf clean-up and also snow and ice removal, in the main client parking areas, and the inventory and employee parking areas. • Empty all trash receptacles in the entire building. • Maintain all yard and outdoor equipment and supplies. • Perform other duties as determined. Job Requirements: • Excellent attitude with a passion for detail • At least 1 year custodial specific experience • At least 1 year janitorial experience • Basic maintenance knowledge • High school diploma or equivalent • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record This is a full time position M- F Benefits: • Medical, Prescription, Health, Vision, Optional Dental • 401K • Paid Vacation • Paid Holidays • Life Insurance
