Dishwasher needed for short term

We are a catering company in Liberty Lake that is short staffed. Looking for someone to come in and knock out dishes for a day. Restaurant/dish experience is required and you must know food safety standards. We have an old beast of a conveyer dish machine. Will be some scrubbing and partial cleaning of dishes before they run through. After you will clean up dish room and sweep/mop. If you are on it and efficient it will take 6 hours to knock out. If you are slow and take your time it will take 10. Paying for the completed job - $150 cash. Bonus $50 if you complete the job today by 4:30pm.
