Skilled and Unskilled Helpers for Sport Court Construction

South Texas Sport Court installs Sport Court® brand gym flooring in schools, churches, YMCA, Boys & Girls Club, rec centers, commercial gyms, and private gyms. We also install basketball goals, wall pads, and volleyball systems. Most of our work is indoors, but we occasionally take on an outdoor project. Most of our projects take less than a week. And, there are lots of off days between jobs. We are looking for a variety of people to help with various phases of the installation process. Unskilled Helpers - This is anyone who wants to work, helping lay flooring and doing other light duty work. Some of our unskilled helpers just work a few hours a day as their schedule allows. On most projects, we only need unskilled helpers for a day or two. Skilled Helpers - These are folks who work with their hands everyday and are familiar with a variety of tools. Must be good at detailed work where perfection is always strived for and achieved. Must be able to lift 80+ pounds. Skilled helper usually work on all phases of the project through to completion. Pay for unskilled helpers starts at $15/hour. Pay for skilled workers starts at $18/hour and goes up based of work quality and performance.
