Office Handy Man needed

Hany man/facility maintenance is needed for a small local company. This is not a full-time position. This is mostly a project-based role on an as-needed basis. There will also be a reoccurring monthly maintenance shift. I have a backlog of projects to get started on right away. After that, there would be one or two shifts, per month for monthly maintenance on equipment, changing air filters, and warehouse cleaning. You would also be On-Call for any projects that come up or equipment repair. If a machine goes down, repairs are expected to be started within 2-3 days of the repair request. Other non-urgent projects would be expected to be started within 1-2 weeks. There would be no instances where you would need to come in ASAP. Projects include: Building stands and carts out of wood (basic devices to store products in) Drywall repair Painting Light electrical work (installing 110 outlets) Running ethernet cables Furniture and equipment repair General tool maintenance (nail guns, air compressors) Maintenance and upkeep on laser engravers (training provided)
