Seeking handyman to perform minor repairs on rental homes. Services needed include minor plumbing repairs, caulking, drywall patching, sanding, and painting, closet and cabinet repair, and other small miscellaneous work. Must be able to perform work within 1-2 days' notice. Paid by the hour depending on the scope and number of work orders. Typically, there are 3+ work orders per week.
