Job Description: • Perform high end residential landscape maintenance using proper horticultural practices. • Have a sense of urgency & accountability for all clients. • Accountable for the proper care of equipment, keep work truck clean. • Direct a small crew and be in charge of producing quality results. • Make sure jobs or done on time and on budget. Qualifications: • Minimum of five years of experience in the landscape maintenance field. • Previous supervisory experience within the industry is needed. • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. • Solid knowledge of landscape-industry equipment, Processes and operation. • Ability to drive a truck & trailer. • Possess a valid driver's license and must be insurable on company's insurance policy. • Ability to pass drug test & extensive interview process. • Extensive knowledge of plant ID and plant care. • Extensive knowledge proper care of and management of trees. • General knowledge of insects and diseases that are common to the Horticulture in our area. • Extensive knowledge of Irrigation systems, irrigation components, controller management & repairs. • Knowledge of low voltage maintenance • Knowledge of Water Feature maintenance. • Clean and professional appearance. • Industry certifications a plus. • Punctual and dependable. • Pay rate between $15.00 - $25.00 depending on experience. * WE PAY MORE..VERIFY CURRENT WAGE & WE WILL PAY MORE
