Positions available: - Carpet And Tile Cleaning Technician - Duct Cleaning Technician Requirements: - Great attitude - Willingness to learn - Open to constructive criticism - Clean driving record - Drug free - Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays, nights. (Firm scheduled created after initial 90 days) - Prior experience is awesome but not mandatory. Pay wage details: - Paid weekly on fridays - Multiple payment structures. Hourly, commission, bonuses - Rock stars make $25 - $35 per hour. Good workers make $18 - $30. - Starting training pay is negotiable and can be determined on your experience level. Job Description details (not limited to the list below) - Must have good working smart phone to use business apps. - Must be able to handle the heat for extended amount of hours throughout the day. - Must have good customer service skills. You will be around customers all day everyday. - Great communication needed with customers, coworkers, and management. - Arrive each morning at or before 7:30 a.m. to receive your work vehicle and schedule. - At the end of each day you will complete end of day paperwork and perform end of day duties. - Communicate with customers via phone and arrive on time to all jobs. - Inspections, estimates, perform job, collect payment, post-cleaning communication with customers prior to leaving. - Cleaning of: carpet, tile, vinyl, upholstery, laminate, HVAC ducts, mattresses, etc - On-call through the the night 1 day a week and sometimes 2 days per week.
